Virginia Village is a community of nearly 250 rowhouses. Some were built in the late 1930s and early 1940s. Then more rowhouses and semi-detached homes were built in throughout the early and mid 1980s. Located just south of Bashford Lane, Virginia Village is convenient to George Washington Memorial Parkway and Reagan National Airport. It’s also about one mile to the Braddock Road metro station, making it a popular destination for commuters.

With a walk score of 69, Virginia Village is considered “somewhat walkable.” At least a dozen restaurants are within a half mile of residents’ front doors, including local favorites Bastille and Vaso’s Kitchen. Five coffee shops are also within a half mile for when you need that energy burst, as are a half dozen grocery stores.
