Powhatan Place is a community of 35 townhouses built in the mid 1990s. Located just south of Slaters Lane, Powhatan Place is convenient to the George Washington Memorial Parkway and Ronald Reagan National Airport. It’s also about one mile from the Braddock Road metro station, making it a popular destination for commuters.

With a walk score of 68, Powhatan Place is considered “somewhat walkable.” Nearly a dozen restaurants are within a half mile of residents’ front doors, including local favorites Fireflies and Al’s Steak House. For that morning (or afternoon) pick-me-up, two coffee shops are within a quarter mile of the neighborhood. Powhatan Place is also convenient to Del Ray and Old Town, and all the shopping, dining, and entertainment offered in those areas.

Currently, one home is actively listed for sale in Powhatan Place. It’s a three-bed, 2.5 bath interior unit with 1,860 square feet of living space. The asking price is $589,000 and it’s been on the market for 243 days.

One home in Powhatan Place is currently under contract. It is an end unit with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths with 1,176 square feet of living space. The asking price is $575,000 and it was on the market for 76 days before going under contract.

The neighborhood is popular, and just one home in Powhatan Place changed hands in the past year. The house was an interior unit with three bedrooms, two full baths, and one half bath. It sat on the market for 12 days before selling for $640,000.
