Hampton Row is a community of nearly 20 townhouses built in 1969. Located near the intersection of Seminary Road and South George Mason Drive, the neighborhood is convenient to I-395 and other major commuter routes, and is just one block to public transportation.
The community earns a walk score of 68, or “somewhat walkable.” At least five restaurants are within a half mile, including local favorite Stone Hot Pizza. A dozen grocery stores are within a mile of residents’ front doors, as are ten coffee shops.
Currently, one home is actively listed for sale in Hampton Row, and it’s a short sale. The house has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths and has an asking price of $499,000. One home is currently under contract. It’s also a short sale, with four bedrooms, two full baths, two half baths, and is listed for $325,000.
In the past year, just one home has changed ownership in Hampton Row. That house was a four-bed, 3.5 bath unit and sold for $330,000. It was not a short sale or foreclosure.
