Stonegate is a community of nearly 500 townhouses and condos (Manors at Stonegate) that is divided by Braddock Road. Located just north of I-395, Stonegate is convenient to major commuting routes and is just about smack dab in the middle of the King Street and Seminary Road access ramps for I-395.

The neighborhood earns a walk score of 71, or “very walkable.” At least seven restaurants are within three-quarters of a mile, including local favorite Clyde’s at Mark Center. Need a pick me up? Four coffee shops are within a mile of residents’ front doors.

Currently, 11 homes are actively  listed for sale in Stonegate. They range in price from $525,000  for a three-bed, 2.5 bath townhouse, to $635,000 for a house with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. One of the homes listed is a short sale, and none are foreclosures.

In the past year, 24 homes have changed hands in Stonegate. The average sales price was $580,795, and the homes sat on the market for an average of 50 days before selling. The real estate market is strong in Stonegate, and none of the houses that sold last year were short sales or foreclosures.
