Cameron Station is a pet-friendly community of more than 1,200 single-family homes, townhouses, and condos located south of Duke Street and west of Van Dorn Street. The neighborhood is a popular destination for both homeowners and renters alike.

Cameron Station has plenty of shopping and restaurants scattered throughout the neighborhood. The community also boasts a pool, basketball court, gym, clubhouse, numerous parks, and a shuttle bus that transports residents from the neighborhood to the nearby Van Dorn Street metro station. The association publishes a bi-monthly newsletter, The Compass, as well as a community update, to keep residents in the loop.

Currently, there are 17 homes listed for sale in MRIS, ranging from $295,000 for a one-bed, 1.5 bath condo to $825,000 for a five-bedroom, 4.5 bath townhouse.

The average sales price for the 29 condos that sold last year is $363,281, and they sat on the market for an average of 58 days.  Fifty-nine townhouses sold last year, sitting on the market for an average of 45 days and having an average sales price of $581,692. Just two single family homes were sold last year, selling for an average of $844,500 and sitting on the market for 145 days.
